You will be provided with an alternative contact number to reach me on.

POSTNATAL VISITS

After your baby is born and you are home, I will come over to make sure everything is going well.
We will chat about your birth experience,
I will answer any questions you might have about those first few days and weeks
I will of course give some love to your little one!
If you need to have a bit of time out, I will watch your baby so you can have sometime to yourself.

Additional postnatal services such as cleaning, looking after your baby, cooking, laundry, cleaning your house etc... will be charged at £10 an hour and is not part of this package....

LIBRARY ACCESS

You will have access to our in-house library. Any book you can find on amazon, theres a 90% chance we have it here and you can borrow it.

WORKBOOK PROVIDED

We provide our clients with a personalised log and workbook that will help you plan your birth.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Have a photographer take photos of the baby after you have given birth!
Video footage of babies first hour out of the womb is one of the most amazing keepsakes a mother can have...

NLP & life and Nutrition coaching INCLUDED

You will receive 3 NLP sessions either conducted over the phone to explore any past birth trauma that may stop you from being clear about your birth. NLP helps you understand how to make relationships and gives you an insight of yourself and how you interact with others.

We can also explore your nutrition and life situation to help you have a smooth birth and pregnancy.

Massage sessions

Every mum loves a good massage. Well, you are entitled to 2 massage sessions to help you relax and get ready for your coming birth. You won't believe how relaxed you'll feel afterwards... Give it a try!
